Dr. Kevin F. Hub is an Assistant Superintendent for Madison County Schools in Richmond, Kentucky, where he serves as Director of Human Resources. He also facilitates the "Grow Your Own" leadership cadre with more than 100 members from Madison and their surrounding counties. He taught math and geography at Madison Central High School where he also worked as their Vice Principal. Kevin also teaches graduate courses as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Leadership & Counseling and the Department of Curriculum & Instruction at Eastern Kentucky University.

He has presented at the state and national levels on various leadership topics, and has completed his Doctorate in Leadership Education from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, where his dissertation work examined Emotional Intelligence Competencies of School Superintendents.

Dr. Hub is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and served with distinction on the front lines in Desert Storm as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army.

Kevin lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
